Every family is required to work three bingos per year. Two bingos are to be done on Saturday mornings at our north side site at Belmont and Cicero and one bingo is to be done on Tuesday evening at St. Jerome Parish Hall. No transfer papers will be given until the bingo obligation has been fulfilled. Preschool and Eighth Grade parents must sign up and work their required bingos by April 15th.  If you choose not to work your bingo, the fee for each bingo is $100. If you fail to show up for your bingo, the fee will $200 for the day. If you do not pay the fine, your child will not be allowed to go on any field trips or participate in any school activities. Bingos can only be rescheduled because of an emergency.  All parents must sign up for their dates by October 1 or you will be given random dates.

 

Important Reminders:

  1. If tuition is not paid on time – the 5th of each month – a late fee of $30.00 will be added to your account. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, if the check is returned due to insufficient funds there will be a fee of $30.00. Failure to pay tuition on time will result in your child being excluded from school activities; no report cards will be given or transfers will be issued. Continued failure to pay tuition will result in your child unable to attend class.
  2. In order to qualify for parishioner tuition rates, you must be an active member of the parish for at least one year prior to receiving this rate. This includes attending Mass at St. Jerome regularly and using the church envelopes for your weekly donation. It also means you and your family need to participate in parish activities. Minimum donation for parishioners is $5.00 per Sunday. Please make sure to use the envelopes received from St. Jerome Church to ensure proper credit is given. Failure to use envelopes will result in non-parishioner fees.
