Tuition Payment Dates
- 4 Times a Year - July 10th - Sept 10th - November 10th - February 10th
- 10 Month Plan - Due on the 10th of Each Month July through April
Payments Due
Payments are due on the 5th of the month.
Added Fees to encourage prompt payment:
- Returned Check: $30.00
- Delinquent Tuition: $60.00 per month
Report Cards and progress reports will not be given to any student unless
tuition is paid up to date. In addition, students will not be able to attend
any field trips or be given any graduation materials.
Notes
The above tuition goes into effect July 10th.
We reserve the right to exclude students after the first of the month of
non-payment of tuition.
In order to qualify for parishioner tuition rates, you must be an active
member of the parish for at least one year prior to receiving this rate. This
includes attending Mass at St. Jerome regularly and using the church envelopes
for your weekly donation. It also means you and your family need to
participate in parish activities. Minimum donation for parishioners is $5.00
per Sunday. Please make sure to use the envelopes received from St. Jerome
Church to ensure proper credit is given. Failure to use envelopes will result
in non-parishioner fees.
Fundraising
Each family is required to work three (3)
Bingos per year. One (1) Tuesday night Bingo at St. Jerome School and two (2)
on Saturday mornings at The Golden Tierra Bingo Hall (3231 N. Cicero). If
you do not wish to work Bingo, a fee of $100.00 per Bingo must be paid
prior to the beginning of the new school year. A $200.00 fee will be
assessed for any Bingo you schedule and do not work without prior notice.
In addition, families are required to sell FootballMania Raffle Tickets:
One (1) child families must sell or buy 15 raffle tickets at $20.00 each.
Multiple children families must sell or buy 20 raffle tickets at $20.00 each.
Each family is also responsible for a $100.00 commitment to our annual Lions
Roar Benefit.
